I am extremely happy to announce that the Council of Architecture shall be conducting Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture 2025 (PGETA) examination at National Level on May 04 2025, May 25 2025 and June 15 2025, for admission to the Postgraduate programme being imparted at the Architectural Institutions approved by the Council for the academic session 2025-2026. The brochure and other details of PGETA are available at the Council’s website www.coa.gov.in and PGETA website www.pgeta.in.

The test is designed strictly based on the minimum standards prescribed by the Council. This will facilitate students to avoid appearing in multiple entrance tests being conducted by different authorities/ institutions. After qualifying in the Test, students can take admission in PG courses being imparted in Architectural institutions all over India.

The Council is making all efforts to ensure that the Architectural Education and Profession in the country is fully equipped to ensure healthy and happy built environment duly protecting natural resources, culture and heritage of India as well as to avail global professional opportunities.
